MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT

By clicking SUBMIT, you agree to the terms of our Media Release Agreement. I hereby agree and give my permission for Our Kind of People LLC, Fotodemic, and Bayeté Ross Smith, the Artist, to use my submission and all its contents to display, publish, distribute and/or exhibit all Work or any part of or in connection with the Artwork produced by the identified parties above to be displayed in connection with the Our Kind of People art project and campaign, as well as any other related projects. I hereby further agree that the Artist is the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest, including copyrights in the Work produced and any part thereof, without payment of any compensation. I acknowledge that the Artist shall decide whether, how, and how often to display and/or otherwise use the Work or any portion thereof.
