This is part 2 of the Cuchy Libre mix by DJ iLL Equipt of the Cuchy Frito Crew. The Cuchy Frito Crew and Bayeté are frequent musical collaborators. In this case the DJs were asked to create a mix that would speak specifically to the cultural dynamics of Harlem and Washington Heights. The Cuchy Frito's concept of "Beats of the Americas" fit perfectly with the hybrid, Afro-Latino, African American, and Hispanic culture of 155th street and Edgecombe Ave. which is on the border of Harlem and Washington Heights.
